Thank you for choosing Quic Decode. We are committed to building high-quality, blazingly fast Astro static blog themes and secure, serverless CMS dashboards for creators, developers, and writers.

This Refund Policy governs the purchases of all commercial digital products, including the AstroBlogTemplate and DashboardTemplate, sold via our official Gumroad listings or linked pages.

1. No Refund / Final Sale Policy

"Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. The source code of this premium Astro theme and CMS dashboard has been crafted with extreme dedication, thoroughly debugged, and tested to be completely error-free. Since downloadable code cannot be returned once accessed, this policy is strictly enforced to prevent misuse and protect our intellectual property."

Because digital files (such as .zip packages, source repositories, or setup guides) are downloadable, intangible, and irrevocable, they cannot be physically "returned" or "inactivated" once you gain access to the download link or license key. Therefore, we do not issue refunds under normal circumstances.

2. Exceptional Refund Cases

We understand that unique situations may occur. We will only review and consider refund requests under the following strictly defined conditions:

  • Accidental Double Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same product twice within a 24-hour window, please contact us with both transaction receipts. We will issue a full refund for the second (duplicate) transaction.
  • Non-Delivery of File: If you do not receive the download link or the license key due to technical issues, and our support team is unable to manually deliver the files to your registered email address within 3 business days of your request.

3. Technical Competency & Requirements

Our products are designed for developers, bloggers, and site owners. Before purchasing, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they meet the minimum technical requirements:

  • Familiarity with Astro, Node.js, and command-line execution (e.g., npm run dev).
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting, particularly Cloudflare Pages or Workers, if deploying the CMS Dashboard.
  • Having a compatible domain and active DNS settings.

Refund requests made on the grounds of lack of technical knowledge, misunderstanding of the technology stack, or choosing the wrong product tier are not eligible for refunds.

If you experience technical issues deploying or configuring the code, we are here to help. You can request support by emailing contact@quicdecode.com with details of the issue and your license key. We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours to troubleshoot and guide you.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment gateway without contacting our support first is considered a violation of these terms. In such events, we reserve the right to immediately invalidate your license key, terminate access to product documentation/updates, and submit proof of product delivery to the payment network to resolve the dispute.
